Before you start
- Reach Medical Centre – Different after The Patient section.
- Read the patient list and listen to the recordings associated with the bags.
Give me a small hint
There are two different matching tasks: a patient’s condition, then compatibility with the person named on the door.
Reveal the full solution Puzzle spoilers
Final door: TF + HM + SW
Step by step
- Collect Alan Duncan’s bag through the southeast vent. Attach it to the west shutter’s machine to open Ward W.
- Take Sarah Watson’s bag from the SW room. Find the Ward W Master Key downstairs, then use the ladder route to Lesley Greer’s bag. Use LG at the east shutter to open Ward P.
- In Ward P, find George McEwan’s bag and the Ward P Master Key. Send the lift carrying Matthew Clark’s bag down, then retrieve it below. Turn both release wheels to reopen the escape route.
- At the central machines, match the injury notes: Sarah Watson to the regular-pulse/head-wound report, Matthew Clark to confused speech/obeying commands, and George McEwan to the burn report. Activate Transfuse.
- At the final door, check Simon’s wristband. Connect only TF, HM and SW to Ordell, then activate the centre.
How you know it worked
The Ordell door opens after the compatible lines connect.
Next move
Proceed through the unlocked door.
Still stuck? Puzzle spoilers
- This is a route summary. Use the linked illustrated source for room-by-room navigation if a patient’s bag is still missing.
- Match injury reports before attempting the separate blood-type door.
- A correct ring alignment still requires interaction with the central panel.

Editorial note: source disagreement
VGC names TF at one injury-report machine; GamesRadar and Respec name SW
Do not publish VGC’s disputed machine placement. Retain matching by patient report from GamesRadar and Respec; distinguish bags collected from initials already present on the final door.
